Our Plants
Repro has a combined capacity spread over 500,000 sq.ft. For printing and binding, Repro has two plants – one at Surat & the other at Mahape, Mumbai.
The Mahape plant adjoining Mumbai’s Nhava Sheva Port can manufacture from 1 copy (POD) to 1 million (web / sheet offset) copies a day. The Mahape plant is India’s first commercial integrated printing facility
The Surat facility, started in 2009. The facility can print and bind up to 100 million books a year.
The plants at Mahape & Surat are designed for synchronous, seamless workflow and can together throughput three container loads per day.
Repro works on SKU models to manage procurement and availability for majority of its business. India has a large number of paper mills with modern facilities and capable of manufacturing all required grades. We also tie up with international paper mills.
