Quality assurance

With regards to quality assurance, Repro has most mature quality systems. It is certified under ISO 9001:2008 and FOGRA – PSO 12647. Stringent quality checks and processes are implemented at every stage.

• Raw materials and consumables undergo quality checks.
• During production, both random and planned in-line checks are done. A Process Quality Rating Score (PQRS) is computed.
• For finished goods, in-line checks are done at random and Product Quality Rating Scores thereof tracked.
• In addition, an outbox audit is also done by QA Department as per ASTM 105D standard.
