Repro uses digital printing to meet the demand for quick production of books - 1 book to 1500.
Typical time taken from order to delivery of short run print jobs is only 48-96 hours.
With short runs, the syndrome of over ordering, overstocking, over distribution, obsolescence and book returns can be avoided. Even consignments of only 1 to 10 copies can be packed and despatched directly to the final destination, saving the publisher the hassle.
Print on demand is a big contributor to a lower carbon footprint.
Repro has installed contemporary, high speed machines for web offset printing of different cut offs in large volumes.
Repro has the latest machinery for sheet fed printing. Repro has 1,2, 4 & 5 colour machines, with high-end production values and a full computer to plate setup.
Post press is enabled through high-end, fully automated cutting, binding and packaging lines.
We have a wide range of binding options - soft binding which includes center pinning, perfect binding, side pinning, loose leaf binding (also called spiral binding), wire-o-wire binding; hard case binding and school board books binding. Value additions like lamination and UV coating are done as needed.
