Vinod Vohra

Chairman

Vinod Vohra, Chairman, is a Science Graduate. Having begun his career in marketing, his interests led him to set up technology led projects. He was among the first to recognise the potential of the Apple Macintosh and it’s use for Desktop Publishing and Multimedia applications. His vision was instrumental in our Company’s transition to the area of fulfillment solutions.

He was responsible for planning and setting up our company’s Print and Fulfillment facility, and currently keeps in touch with the technology required to enhance the business infrastructure as well as plan the infrastructure for our Company’s foray into newer business lines.

Sanjeev Vohra

Managing Director

Sanjeev Vohra, Managing Director, is a graduate in Economics and Finance. He is the main financial strategist significantly responsible for the investment strategy of our Company that has driven it into the field of value added print solutions.

Through his direction and efficient resource management, the Company has moved into high growth business areas, which have resulted in niche and specialized segments of growth. He is also on the Boards of Reproductions Private Limited and Superior Prints Private Limited.

Rajeev Vohra

Executive Director

Rajeev Vohra, Executive Director, is a commerce graduate. He has acquired considerable experience in manufacturing, both on the technical and management front. Based on this experience he has introduced efficient technology processes in our Company.

His skills were acknowledged when he was nominated for the India Young Business Achiever Award instituted by Sistas Worldcom Inc and the Indian Express Group in 1997. He currently directs the Company’s Print and Fulfillment facility in Navi Mumbai. He is on the Boards of Reproductions Private Limited and Superior Prints Private Limited.

Mukesh Dhruve

Finance Director

Mukesh Rajnikant Dhruve, Finance Director, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce. A part of the Company since it’s inception, he has played a critical role in its expansion into new business areas.

He leads the businesses with the countries in the African Continent. He has been responsible for building relationships with financial institutions. He also directs the legal and statutory operations of our Company.

Pramod Khera

Executive Director

Pramod Khera is an Executive Director. Prior to this, he was CEO and Managing Director of Aptech Limited since 2001, where he was responsible for the global operations of the company. He has authored a book titled, “Franchising - The Route Map to Rapid Business Excellence”, published by Tata McGraw Hill. He is also the National Vice-President of The Franchising Association of India.

He was also instrumental in pioneering Tele-shopping in India when he set up Tele-Shopping Network (a UTV venture) as its CEO. He is a non-Executive Director on the Board of Aptech. He is also the Managing Trustee of AICAR, an AICTE approved management institute at Neral, Maharashtra. With a total work experience of over 25 years, he holds a B.Tech from IIT Delhi, a PGDIM from IIM Bangalore and a Ph.D. in “Knowledge Management” from Pune University.

Sanjay Asher

Sanjay Asher is an Independent Director. He joined the Board in 2000. He is a Bachelor in Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from the Mumbai University. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has been a practicing advocate since 1989 with M/s Crawford Bayley & Co. He was admitted as a Solicitor in the year 1993 and is a partner of M/s Crawford Bayley & Co. since 2000.

He is on the Boards of numerous companies such as Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited, Dewas Soya Limited, Finolex Cables Limited, Morgan Stanley Investment Management Private Limited, Oerlikon Textile Components India Private Limited, Sharp India Limited,Sparsh BPO Services Limited, Shree Renuka Sugars Limited and Sudarshan Chemicals Industries Limited.

Ullal R. Bhat

U.R.Bhat is one of India's well known investment advisors having managed institutional money for more than a decade. U.R.Bhat is an M.Sc. from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and has attended advanced courses on Finance at the Harvard Business School, Boston and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London.

He has been writing a well regarded monthly editorial column for more than a decade in the Economic Times, one of the world's largest financial dailies. He has been closely involved in formulating policies for benchmark indices for the Stock Exchange, Mumbai as a member of its Index Committee. He has been active in the area of Corporate Governance as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Indian Merchants Chamber.

Jamshed J. Irani

Dr. Jamshed J Irani joined the Board of Directors of Repro India ltd as a Non Executive Independent Director in 2005. He is currently a Director of Tata Sons and several other Tata companies, including Tata Steel. Dr. Irani transformed Tata Steel into the sophisticated steel company it is today, both in physical form and attitude. He is looked upon as the ‘change agent’ who has made the steel behemoth a force to be reckoned with in the steel manufacturing world. Dr. Irani has also been associated with various industry organisations. He was the President of CII, AIMA and various other bodies during his career.

In 1997, he was awarded the Honorary Knighthood, KBE by the Queen Elizabeth II for his pioneering work in promoting the Indo-British partnership. In 2007 he was honoured by the President of India who conferred on him the award of “Padma Bhushan” for his services to Trade and Industry in the country.

Dushyant Mehta

An MBA in Marketing, Dushyant Mehta has over 25 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising and Sales. He is an acknowledged specialist in brand building, strategy and account planning. Mr. Mehta has held workshops in marketing strategy and brand building for leading corporate. He was head of Contract Advertising, Mumbai and later a General Manager with Lintas India.

As a respected member of the advertising fraternity, Mr. Mehta has been the judge for the prestigious ABBY Awards for several years. He is also a Director of Quadrum Solutions Private Limited and Speciality Restaurants Private Limited

Alyque Padamsee

Alyque Padamsee is a doyen of the advertising industry. He has a rich background in the areas of advertising, theatre,films and public services. He is currently CEO of AP Advertising Private Limited, the well-known Image and Communications Consultants.He was the Chief Executive of Lintas India before becoming the Regional Co-ordinator of Lintas South Asia. He was conferred the Lifetime Achievement Award for Theatre by the Sangeet Natak Akademi. He was voted into the International Clio Hall of Fame, the Oscars of World Advertising. The Advertising Club of Bombay named him “Advertising Man of the Century”.

He has worked as a Social Activist for several prominent Committees/ Groups, and he is on the Advisory Council of IIT Bombay. He was awarded the Padma Shri in 1999. He worked as advisor to the Government on several occasions. His autobiography, on his exciting years in theatre and advertising, entitled ‘A Double Life’, is a bestseller.

P. Krishnamurthy

P. Krishnamurthy is a B.Com (Hons) and an all India Rank Holder at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is currently the Executive Chairman of SKIL, a leading Infrastructure Development firm. As Director of the Urban Infrastructure Venture Capital Limited and a member of the Investment Committee his focus is on strategy, sourcing of deals and fund raising.

He has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Management and Strategy, Restructuring, M&A, Internal Business and Joint Ventures, Financial Management & Banking including managing and supervising business units in India and abroad. He was involved in financial services for the last nine years as Vice-Chairman of JM Morgan Stanley, Director of JM Financial and Director of ILFS Asset Management. He is involved in Industry Associations and Non Profitable Organizations as Chairman-CII National Committee on Private Equity and Venture Capital Fund, and member of various Committees of SEBI.
