Mr. Vinod Vohra is the Co-founder of the Repro India Limited. He is an Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, since its incorporation. He has a rich experience of over 40 years of serving on the Board of the Company. Being keenly interested in Technology, he was among the few people to recognise the potential of the Apple Macintosh computer and use it for Graphic Desktop Publishing and Multimedia applications. Mr. Vohra has expertise in Marketing and Planning strategy. His role is to enable business growth for the Company and operate its functions safely and reliably. During his career spanning over four decades, Mr. Vohra has been an active contributor for the Company specifically in Marketing and Technology niche, in India as well as in Global Markets. He is also responsible for planning and setting up printing and fulfilment facility. Currently, he is ensuring to keep up with the technology required to enhance the business growth as well as plan the infrastructure for Company’s foray into newer business lines.
Mr. Sanjeev Vohra is the Managing Director of the Company and has a wealth of experience over 35 years in the printing and publishing industry. As a seasoned entrepreneur, he has always envisioned the next steps for the Company in the context of the latest global trends leading the Company into newer areas and markets. Over the decades he has strategized and built a unique Company that is evolving to keep up with the needs of the Publishers and the growing needs of the Publishing Industry. He has grown the Company with his deep passion and understanding of technology. By pioneering hi-tech Print on Demand facilities in India, he has enabled products and processes with the latest state-of-art global technology. He has also been instrumental in forming valued partnerships with various leaders in the field of Content Aggregation, E-Commerce Channels, and Publishers globally. His management expertise, and investment strategy coupled with the business and corporate affairs of the Company globally, is a huge benefit for the Company as the forward-looking growth objectives are balanced by financial acumen and prudence. He is also significantly responsible for the investment strategy of the Company into the field of E-Commerce through a customised technology platform that grows the business in the fast growing Industry.
Mr. Rajeev Vohra, an Executive Director of the Company has more than 35 years of experience in the printing, Publishing, and distribution industries. He has been associated with the Company since its inception as a Promoter. He has acquired considerable experience in Manufacturing, both on the technical and management front. He has introduced efficient technical processes in the Company. His skills were acknowledged when he was nominated for the India Young Business Achiever Award instituted by Sistas Worldcom Inc. and the Indian Express Group in 1997. During his entrepreneurship, he played a key role in building Repro India Limited, one of India’s largest printing & publishing Companies and due to his dedicated vision, the Company that was started from being private, today is a publicly listed Company on the BSE and NSE. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company. He currently heads the Offset and the Digital Printing Business of the Company.
Mr. Mukesh Dhruve is a Chartered Accountant and has over 3 decades of experience in the printing and publishing industries. He played a key role in ensuring the robust growth of the organization with overseeing over the functions of Accounting, Legal, Marketing, and Investor Relations along with the Company’s co-founder promoters. He is the main guiding force behind the growth and business strategy of the Company. He currently plays a crucial role in the overall management affairs of the Company. He played a key role in ensuring the consistent growth of the Company and helped to build a robust framework for excellence in implementation. He played acritical role in the expansion of the business by exporting the books to Africa. In addition to being responsible for building relationships with financial institutions and banks, he also directs the Company’s finance, legal, and statutory operations as well as the investor relations activities.
Mr. Dushyant Mehta has over 30 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and sales with a focus on brand building, strategy, and account planning. Having majored in marketing during his MBA, he has launched and built several FMCG and corporate brands at a national level. He also serves as an Independent Director in Speciality Restaurants Limited. He also founded and is the Chairman of Quadrum Solutions Private Limited, a uniquely positioned content company with global clients. In his previous assignments, he led the strategic and account planning team at Clarion Advertising, where he worked on brands like TVS and Ind Suzuki. As head of Contract and Lintas, Mumbai, he worked on brands such as Grindlays, Parachute Coconut Oil, and Cadbury’s amongst others. As a long-time member of the advertising fraternity, Dushyant has served on the jury for the prestigious ABBY Awards and has also taken sessions on Management at various institutions. He has conceptualized and launched national media programmes including the Bournvita Quiz Contest, amongst others.
Ms. Bhumika Batra is a Company Secretary and has done a Master’s in Law. She is a qualified scholar and a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. In addition, she has also qualified for the Executive Program in Management from Cornell University, USA. She has a rich experience of 20 years in the regulatory and legal field. She is a Partner of Crawford Bayley & Co., one of the oldest law firms in India. She serves as an Independent Director on the boards of companies like Jyothy Laboratories Limited, Sharp India Limited, Hinduja Tech Limited, Axis Securities Limited, etc. She co-authored the book “Treatise on Company Law” in 2014. She is a regular feature writer in India Business Law Journal. She has also contributed to various other writings like Company Law Ready Reckoner, Transfer and Transmission of Shares – A treatise, Asia Business Law Journal, etc.
Mr. Arindam is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He is a senior leader in the BFSI segment in India and the Asia Pacific ranging from green fields/start-ups to large global organizations across, Asset Management, Wealth Management and NBFCs. Mr. Arindam has nearly 3 decades of outstanding leadership experience in financial services in India and Asia-Pacific. He is presently Co-Founder and the Director of Alphaniti Fintech Private Limited- a tech enabled and big data Company with special focus across prominent asset classes in Investment and Finance Domain in India & US. Previously, he was associated with Black Ridge Capital Advisors as a Director and CEO. Prior to Blackridge, Arindam was associated with Mirae Asset Global Investment Management Limited as Head of Asia Pacific Business Development and subsequently as CEO and Director of Mirae Asset India establishing a strong foundation and built the Mutual Fund organization from inception. Mr. Arindam has also worked in Fidelity International Group as Associate Director –Asia Pacific Investment Marketing and was also part of the Asia Business Team covering HongKong, Singapore, Japan, Australia, South Korea, Taiwan.
Mr. Arindam has also been associated with leading and prestigious domestic organizations including Tata and AV Birla Group. A versatile and strategic thought leader he has significantly contributed by delivering immense value in areas of corporate governance, best practices strategic directions and also support management for organization growth and success as a Director on several Corporate Boards.
Ms. Divya Krishnan is a finance and investment banking professional. An MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, she is currently visiting faculty at one of India’s leading private universities, Ashoka, where she teaches highly rated courses in finance. She was formerly Chief Investment Officer and Head of Investments at SBI Mutual Fund, India’s largest mutual fund trust. Ms. Krishnan left SBI Mutual Fund to pursue her passion to work in the social impact sector and has served as a consultant to several leading non-profits and NGOs. She has worked primarily in the areas of education and disability, including advising educational organizations for the hearing impaired, the blind, and young girl children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. She was a member of the Working Group on Disabilities to help develop the 12th Five Year Plan for the Kerala state government. She was invited as Scholar-in- Residence by a leading Private University in the US, to guide its students to effectively support developmental initiatives in India. She is an Independent Director in Bandhan Financial Holdings Limited and a Nominee Director on the Bandhan Bank Board.
